Drilling for Uranium in Goshen County, Wyoming (Southwest of Torrington)

The summer of 1977 was spent working for Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company's Casper office.

I was again looking for sedimentary uranium, chasing a roll-front about 600 to 1200 feet below the surface of Goshen County, Wyoming (southwest of Torrington).

In addition to being the project geologist, I also ran the electric log, the equipment for which was housed in the blue vehicle you see here.
